1. Who we are

Valmis (valmis.me) is operated by [FIRMA NIMI OÜ, registrikood, aadress], [email protected] . This is also the contact point for users and authorities; we communicate in Estonian, Russian and English.

2. What Valmis is

Valmis is a platform where people post tasks and others offer to do them. Valmis helps them find each other but is not an employer, contractor or agent of either side. The customer and the helper agree on price, timing and scope themselves, and the agreement is made directly between them. Valmis does not set prices or assign tasks automatically.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18. Give correct information and keep your password secret. If you act as a business (sole trader or company), say so in your profile; consumer protection rules do not apply to agreements with private helpers.

4. What is not allowed

Illegal, dangerous, offensive or misleading tasks and messages, spam, advertising, harvesting contacts, fake reviews and fraud.

5. Reports and moderation

Any task, profile or review can be reported via “Report” or the Report a problem page. We review reports within a reasonable time and tell the reporter our decision. If we remove content or restrict an account, we send the owner a statement of reasons, and the decision can be appealed by writing to us. Serious or repeated violations can lead to account closure.

6. Reviews and ranking

Only the customer and the helper can leave a review, after the task is marked done — one review per task each. We don't edit reviews but may remove illegal or rule-breaking ones. Tasks are listed newest first; there is no paid promotion.

7. Liability

Valmis is not a party to the agreement between customer and helper and is not responsible for the quality of work, damage or disputes between them. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence or other rights under the law.

8. Changes and law

We announce material changes by email at least 15 days in advance. Estonian law applies. If language versions differ, the Estonian version prevails.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Finished tasks and reviews stay on the site without your name.
